Most of the patients have entrenched interpersonal or personality problems, often those of a narcissistic or borderline Peninsula Village is an intensive outdoor oriented residential treatment program with a record of success in helping adolescents and their families achieve lasting change. The Village is a nationally recognized program that specializes in the treatment of adolescents who have not responded to more conventional treatment approaches and require extended and concentrated treatment. Peninsula Village admits males and females ages 13-18 with a range of nature. Other problems may include eating disorders, self-endangering or out-of control behavior, or ADHD. Typical length of stay is 9 to 12 months.
