Alive Hospice provides physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families regardless of ability to pay. Services are provided by a team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to patients with a prognosis of six months or less. Alive Hospice operates Middle Tennessee's only Hospice Residence. Alive Hospice also offers individual counseling and bereavement support groups to anyone who is experiencing the loss of a loved one. |
