This information and advocacy service helps TennCare consumers using or needing the TennCare Partners Program's mental health and substance abuse services. The Advocacy Line provides telephone counselors who answer questions, resolve problems, assist with eligibility determination and enrollments, and explain how to file a grievance. The service also provides referrals for callers, providing information on the variety of benefits under TennCare, as well as information about the other mental health and substance abuse services in the state. A Spanish translator is also available. |
