Description: Provides a variety of programs to assist the homeless achieve self-sufficiency. All programs are for comprehensive and integrated case management, outreach, crisis assistance, job training services, basic skills training, GED, literacy training, life skills training, budget management, parenting classes, employability classes, housing placement assistance, transportation assistance, and other supportive services related to the goal of achieving self-sufficiency. Counseling and recovery services: provides intake, assessment, referral and outpatient counseling to the homeless and/or uninsured individuals and families. Group and individual treatment. Emergency shelter grant program: links homeless who are in job training to emergency shelter. Families in need: homeless families are provided case management, comprehensive family development planning, supportive services, and life skills training to prepare for, and maintain permanent housing. Family support center: provides services related to self-sufficiency, crisis intervention and case management in centers to families who are homeless or are at high risk of becoming homeless and who desire to achieve self-sufficiency. REACH (Resources Extended to Assist the Chronically Homeless): A street outreach program providing case management, support services, life skills, and housing assistance to the street homeless.
