CMS has a Victim Offender Reconcilation Program which attempts to reconcile victims of non-violent crimes with the offenders by having them meet in a supervised neutral setting to discuss the crime and make amends. CMS also has a Teen/Parent mediation program which allows parents and teenagers to voice concerns with a mediator. It is intended to teach better communication skills and conflict resolution. |
