Tennessee Area Agencies On Aging & Disability (AAAD)

The National Family Caregiver Support Program gives federal money to Area Agencies on Aging and Disability (AAAD) to provide support to family caregivers of any age providing care for an older family member and older persons caring for a grandchild.

Some of the services that can be provided through this program include:

  • Respite care
  • Information about the availability of support services
  • Help getting needed services
  • Individual counseling to help make decisions and solve problems
  • Supplemental services
